Recognized by Our Employees: Flipside Earns Top Workplace Honor

Exciting news, Cincinnati! Flipside has been recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace in the
Small Business category by The Enquirer and Cincinnati.com.

For the 17th year, The Enquirer and Cincinnati.com partnered with Energage, an
employee research and workplace culture technology firm, to identify Greater
Cincinnati's Top Workplaces. The rankings are based on confidential employee survey
feedback, making this recognition especially meaningful to our team.

With an impressive 91.4% employee participation rate, the survey provided valuable
insights into what drives engagement, growth, and workplace satisfaction at Flipside.
Employees reported feeling empowered, supported, respected, and aligned with the
company's goals and values. Additionally, 91% of employees indicated they are satisfied
with their work-life balance.

One employee shared:

“It allows me to come in every day and serve customers, teachers, individuals, etc., who
are educating or helping build a better future for youth. It’s an empowering feeling to be
able to be a part of that, no matter how big or small my role may be.”

Comments like these reflect the purpose-driven culture we strive to create at Flipside
and reinforce our commitment to supporting both our employees and the communities
we serve.

To celebrate, our team enjoyed a week of appreciation activities, including office
decorations, a company-wide announcement, Dunkin' Donuts, Tom's Traveling Coffee
Truck, an ice cream social, and employee prizes.

As CEO Chuck reminded us:

“Awards don’t happen because of a logo, a building, or a mission statement. They
happen because of people. They happen because of the way all of you show up every
day, the effort you put in, the teamwork you demonstrate, and the way you support one
another across the company,”

We are incredibly grateful to our employees for making this achievement possible. While
